4 power cuts, shut him up- shut him up!!!!!!!

They will not stop this, the second I posted, off went my power, 4 a total now of 4 times, and they R not even scared of my contacting the PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION, and the WORLD TRIBUNAL AT THE HAGUE. What I am dealing with is beyond fucking monstrous, and any authority that will not believe someone is intentionally violating my fucking rights as a US citizen, is then complicit and can someday B charged with malfeasance or even misfeasance.
